The National Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales, within 24 hours.

The three mountains are:
- Ben Nevis, in Scotland (1345m)
- Scafell Pike, in England (978m)
- Snowdon, in Wales (1085m)
We normally complete them in that order, but it is possible to go other ways.
They are connected by road journeys totalling more than 450 miles.
We meet either at or Derbyshire base on Saturday morning or Fort William on Saturday afternoon for a kit check and briefing, starting the challenge at 5:00pm aiming to complete the challenge at a simillar time the next evening in time for dinner!
If you’d prefer we can do pickups at any reasonable location on the way up to Fort William too – as well as drop offs on the way back to Derbyshire from Snowden like Chester, Crewe or Stockport for train connections. Please ask about this before you book to make sure we can do it for you.
2025 Price £325 per person
This is a tough event and people participating should have the necessary fitness and also be properly equipped.
The course is guided by qualified mountain leaders and first aiders.
We regularly run this adventure at the weekend, Saturday/Sunday, however if you would like to do this at any other time, including midweek, then please contact us.
